PA Appalachian Trial, Rte 191
Marker Description: Appalachian Trail parking area off Rte 191. You can park here and leave your car overnight. Unfortunately, not sure how many days you can leave your car. This is a good spot to start from if you want to walk the ridge as you are already on the top of a mountain at this point.

Took a short hike along the ridge heading west/south. Only hiked for about a half an hour before heading back. There are some nice views to the north. The first half an hour is along the ridge an essentially flat. Good easy access to the AT and flat hike for kids or mellow seekers.

Saw a bunch of chipmunks and my dog Jake kicked up a grouse - yes a grouse! Pretty cool. Also met a through hiker headed down to Georgia from NY, nice guy chatted in up a bit.
