After a 20 minute downpour this morning the Pophandusing was high and brownish grey. Caught six little native browns of a gold and black headed trout magnet in thirty minutes.

Headed downstream from the bridge first and had a few strikes but it was basically shallow without any good holes. Next I walked back and decided to head upstream. The water was cloudy after the big seven inches of rain. Upstream I had some real luck with small browns and one nice sized brown. Fished with a panther martin and yellow jig called the "trout magnet".

See my pics.

Fished on opening day this morning but didn't seem to be a net stocked here. Spooked a nice trout under the bridge. Not a real deep hole here either. Moved on to the Buckhorn rather quickly, no luck.
