Marker Description: The Rockaway Creek at Taylors Road Bridge is a great spot along the high cement wall and at the head of the pool above the bridge where there is a split pool from a natural falls. There are always fish here, by fish, I mean trout and mainly naturally reproducing browns.

The quarry guys will try to tell you that you can't fish off the bridge. Just tell them to go to hell, they don't own the bridge. To get in the water and do it right you have to stop in after working hours to avoid the quarry pricks.

On my way home, took about twenty casts and caught one real beaut of a brown with deep yellow sides - 13 inches. Fish gave a great fight. Missed a few.

Fished a rainbow trout trout magnet rapala.
