Reports of fingerling walleye being caught in huge numbers. Apparently the DF&W stocked thousands off the bridge a few weeks ago. Also a few nice stripers caught in the last few weeks.

Fished today with large spinners and had no action, another guy was there wet wading with live minnows he had no luck either. Was only there for a short bit to see if the pre-Irene clam before the storm massive bite would kick in and it did not.

I fished today with live minnows and did not get any hits. A number of other fishermen were here and I saw one guy fishing a lure have a smaller striper strike at his lure a number of times and break the surface.
