There are nice campsites along the canal and along the Delaware. My friend told me that a few weeks along a father was killed in his tent when a tree fell on him and his wife was also injured. Apparently, although the trees are inspected at the beginning of the season, the tree had been eaten away by insects but looked fine from the outside. What a nightmare. I will look at the trees around where I camp next time. But, here it sounds like that wouldn't have worked anyway. What a world.
